1 oz Carrot Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Pineapple Slice

A savage twist on the Jungle Bird, where The Beast stirs the wild with carrots’ earthy bite. Tart pineapple, bitter additions, and shadowed spice converge in a drink as untamed as the deep.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into large rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and pineapple frond.
