1 oz Kraken® Black Spiced Rum
0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Orgeat
0.25 oz Ginger Syrup
1 Mint Sprig
Grated Nutmeg
A classic tiki build, this Mai Tai is infused with ginger for an extra bit of Kraken’s bite. Summon The Beast’s twin fury, gold and black rum crashing like waves and shadow. Shake with savage force, then crown with the dark float, a final omen from the deep. One sip, and the sea itself will answer.
Combine all ingredients except Kraken Black Spiced Rum in a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a double old fashioned glass and top with crushed ice. Finish with a float of Kraken Black Spiced Rum, a mint sprig, and freshly grated nutmeg.
