0.25 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pinch of Sea Salt
Unexpressed Lime Twist
From the depths, a familiar shape takes form, golden, smooth, and treacherously sweet. Sea salt and caramel lure you in, while a whisper of banana coils around the senses. This Old Fashioned carries the calm of still waters… and the danger that stirs beneath.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an unexpressed lime twist.
